Disputes & Governing Law
Informal Resolution §
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Tailorte encourages users to contact support@tailorte.com to seek informal resolution. Tailorte will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Governing Law §
These Terms and all Tailorte policies are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
Jurisdiction §
Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of habitual residence.

EU-resident consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform:
Class Action Waiver §
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to resolve disputes with Tailorte on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding.
This waiver does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law, including EU consumer law.
Regulatory Complaints §
Users in the EU/EEA may lodge complaints with:
- The relevant national data protection supervisory authority for privacy-related matters.
- Consumer protection authorities in their country of residence for unfair commercial practices.
- The German Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) for platform-related complaints under the Digital Services Act.
- The German Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI) for GDPR matters.
Severability §
If any provision of these Terms or incorporated policies is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement §
These Terms, together with all incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tailorte. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
