Account Authentication §
Tailorte uses various signals to authenticate accounts and detect inauthentic behaviour, including login patterns, device fingerprinting, and behavioural analysis.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and may be required for Business Profiles.
- Accounts exhibiting bot-like behaviour will be suspended pending investigation.

Child Safety §
Tailorte operates a zero-tolerance policy for any content that exploits or endangers children.
- CSAM is detected using PhotoDNA and equivalent technologies, immediately removed, and reported to NCMEC and relevant EU authorities.
- Content that sexualises minors in any form — including animated, AI-generated, or fictional representations — is prohibited.
- Grooming behaviour, enticement, or any interaction pattern designed to exploit minors results in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement.
- Report child safety concerns to safety@tailorte.com or via the emergency pathway in the app.

Self-Harm & Crisis Content §
Tailorte follows evidence-based safe messaging guidelines for content related to self-harm, eating disorders, and suicide.
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm is prohibited.
- Content promoting eating disorders, extreme calorie restriction, or dangerous weight loss practices is prohibited.
- Tailorte provides crisis resources and mental health service signposting for users who engage with sensitive content in this category.
- Lived-experience content discussing recovery from self-harm or mental health challenges is generally permitted and supported.

Anti-Spam & Inauthentic Activity §
- Mass following, unfollowing, liking, or commenting using automated tools is prohibited.
- Engagement pods, like-for-like schemes, or coordinated artificial engagement is prohibited.
- Accounts buying or selling followers, likes, or engagement will be permanently terminated.
- Unsolicited commercial direct messages (DM spam) are prohibited.

Dangerous Organisations §
Tailorte does not permit accounts associated with or content promoting:
- Terrorist organisations or violent extremist groups.
- Organisations designated as criminal enterprises by applicable law.
- Groups that engage in or facilitate human trafficking, forced labour, or sexual exploitation.
