Acceptance of Terms §

By creating an account, accessing, or using Tailorte in any capacity, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies, including the Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, Creator & Business Account Policy, and Content Moderation Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

Tailorte may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify users at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect via in-app notification or email, except where immediate changes are required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Platform Description & Scope §

Tailorte is a digital fashion platform operating as:

• A fashion social network enabling personal style sharing and community interaction.
• A fashion inspiration platform for editorials, lookbooks, and creative direction.
• A professional portfolio platform for designers, stylists, photographers, models, and fashion businesses.

Tailorte does not sell clothing, physical goods, or tangible products. Tailorte acts solely as a technology intermediary and is not party to, nor responsible for, any commercial transactions between users.

Eligibility §

To use Tailorte you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age. Users aged 16–17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable export control or sanctions laws.
• Not have had a prior Tailorte account terminated for policy violations.

Where a parent or guardian provides consent for a minor, they accept full responsibility for that minor's use of the platform and all content posted under that account.

Account Registration & Security §

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

Sign-In with Google & Apple §

You may register or log in to Tailorte using your Google account (via Google Sign-In / OAuth 2.0) or your Apple ID (via Sign in with Apple). When you choose a third-party sign-in method:

• You authorise that provider to share your name, email address, and profile identifier with Tailorte for the sole purpose of creating or authenticating your account.
• Tailorte does not receive or store your password from these providers.
• Your use of Google Sign-In is additionally subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your use of Sign in with Apple is additionally subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• You may disconnect a third-party sign-in provider at any time from your account settings; however, doing so may require you to set a password before you can continue logging in.
• Tailorte is not responsible for the availability, security practices, or policy changes of Google or Apple.

Account Responsibilities §

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify Tailorte immediately at security@tailorte.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without Tailorte's prior written consent.

Prohibited Account Behaviour §

• Creating accounts using automated means or bots.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions.
• Impersonating any person, brand, or entity.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.

User-Generated Content §

Users retain all ownership rights in the content they upload ('User Content'). By publishing User Content on Tailorte, you grant Tailorte a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to:

• Host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and back up the content for operational purposes.
• Display, distribute, and make available the content to other users within the platform.
• Use the content in platform marketing and promotional materials, consistent with your privacy settings and applicable law.

This licence terminates when you delete content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where retention is required for legal compliance.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and that you hold all necessary licences, consents, and permissions to publish it.

Prohibited Uses §

You agree not to use Tailorte to:

• Upload, share, or distribute content you do not own or lack permission to publish.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users or third parties.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or fraudulent communications.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or crawlers to access or scrape the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access Tailorte's source code or infrastructure.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform.
• Artificially inflate engagement metrics including likes, follows, and reposts.
• Publish misinformation, fabricated credentials, or false professional claims.
• Conduct or facilitate unlawful commercial activity.
• Upload malware, viruses, or code designed to damage or disrupt systems.
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent.

Third-Party Links & Integrations §

Tailorte may contain links to third-party websites or services. Tailorte is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party services. Links do not constitute endorsement. You access third-party services at your own risk.

Availability & Service Changes §

Tailorte does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform with reasonable notice where practicable. Tailorte is not liable for any loss caused by downtime, maintenance, or feature changes.

Calendar Integration & Google OAuth §

Scope of Access §

When a business account connects Google Calendar, Tailorte requests the minimum OAuth scope necessary to:

• Create a calendar event when a business user explicitly accepts an appointment request from a client on the platform.
• Cancel (delete) that specific event when the business user cancels the corresponding appointment on Tailorte.

Tailorte does not request read access to your calendar. We do not view, index, analyse, or share any existing calendar events or calendar data of any kind.

Calendar Data & Retention §

• The only calendar-related data Tailorte stores is: (a) the Google Calendar event ID generated when an event is created, used solely to enable cancellation of that event if required; and (b) the Google Meet / Hangout link generated at event creation, where the appointment is a virtual meeting — this link is shared with both the business user and their client within Tailorte.
• Both the event ID and meeting link are permanently deleted from Tailorte's servers when: (i) the corresponding appointment is cancelled by the business user; (ii) the event is deleted by the user from within Tailorte; or (iii) the user deletes their Tailorte account.
• No other calendar content — including event titles, descriptions, attendee lists, or timestamps — is retained by Tailorte beyond what is necessary to write the initial event.

Consent & Control §

• Connecting Google Calendar is entirely optional. Business users who do not connect a calendar can still accept and manage appointments within Tailorte; calendar events simply will not be created automatically.
• You may revoke Tailorte's Google Calendar access at any time via your Google Account permissions or from your Tailorte account settings. Revoking access does not affect appointments already recorded on Tailorte.
• Tailorte's use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limitation of Liability §

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Tailorte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Tailorte's total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) EUR 100 or (b) fees paid by you to Tailorte in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification §

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tailorte, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the platform in violation of these Terms.
• Your User Content, including any third-party claim that your content infringes their rights.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Disclaimer of Warranties §

The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination §

• User termination: You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
• Tailorte termination: Tailorte may suspend or permanently terminate your account for breach of these Terms, policy violations, or legal or safety reasons. We will provide reasonable notice unless immediate action is required.

Upon termination, provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction §

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts, unless overriding mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
